I know the Chicagoland real estate landscape inside and out.

Knowledge of property values is essential to navigate a very competitive real estate market.

Accurate pricing of a seller’s home is crucial to make today’s sale. Buyers want to know they’re getting the best deal for their money. The ability to understand a property’s true value gives me an edge and gives my clients confidence!

Buying or selling a property can be stressful.  It’s my job to ease that stress from listing to closing. Communication between a real estate professional and client is crucial throughout the process. By keeping clients well-informed, the entire experience can be quite painless!

After obtaining my real estate license, I worked for a condo developer. I’ve also developed several properties of my own.  This experience helps me better articulate renovation information for clients as they prepare for the future with their purchase. I’ve cultivated a vast network of real estate resources; attorneys, real estate brokers, title companies and mortgage brokers. I have a great rapport with my colleagues, and I know who to call when a problem arises in the midst of a deal.

As a young professional equestrian, I was engaged to buy quality show horses that were exhibited and then sold at a tidy profit. I’ve worked in the service industry with a major airline carrier. These invaluable experiences inform how I interact with my clients and colleagues. I’ve obtained the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) certification. This international real estate credential has opened up many incredible opportunities to work with clients and agents abroad. All of this has garnered me the title of trusted real estate advisor.

I understand the market value of your property today, and I see the potential in your property’s sale tomorrow.
